Can I cancel my Registration for Specific Opted Schedule ?

This question has two answers... Yes and No

YES ! But before the Registration Cancellation Date of that Specific Schedule.

You will need to Submit A Ticket for this cancellation Request.

Deposit Amount Rs 1000/- (i.e. excluding transaction and convenience fees) paid by you for that specific Schedule will be refunded in 4 - 6 business working days to your bank account which was used during transaction through online mode OR We will adjust paid Deposit Amount for another future Ayurved Panchkarma Gurukul schedule, if you mentioned it in the submitted ticket.

NO ! If you are requesting for Cancellation of Registration for Specific Schedule after Registration Cancellation Date / If you didn't attend the full schedule. And in this case, No Refund will be initiated.

^^ Please note, Only once, member can re-schedule his / her registration.

^## Registration cancellation date of each schedule is displayed for every schedule on Upcoming Schedule page in member area after login. It is generally 20 Days before start date of each schedule.

** Imp - Once you cancelled any schedule and didn't opt for Allot New Schedule (If you selected "Cancel & Refund" option during ticket submission), you can not opt another schedule for next six months from date of current schedule cancellation date.
